Kristofer joined Evans, Philp LLP as an associate in 2019. He practices insurance defence litigation and brings a unique perspective to his insurance company clients after having spent the first few years of his practice representing plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits. He was called to the bar of Ontario in 2016.

Kristofer received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in law from Carleton University and completed his law degree at the University of Sussex in Brighton, United Kingdom.

Kristofer is a member of the Hamilton Law Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers and the Hamilton Medical-Legal Society.
