Daniel joined Evans, Philp as an articling student in 2021 before accepting an associate position in 2022.

He is building a broad practice in insurance law, focusing on both tort and accident benefits litigation. 

Daniel received his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2021. Prior to this this, he obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario, majoring in Political Science and Popular Music Studies.  Before returning to law school, he worked as a property claims adjuster for two Canadian insurance companies.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing music, playing tennis and golf, and enjoying the diverse landscape that the Hamilton area has to offer.
