RANDALL S. BOCOCK, Partner

Firm Role: Randall Bocock is Practice Head of Corporate Law at Evans, Philp. He is responsible, for the provision of corporate, commercial, real estate and estate legal services by the Firm. He has had exposure to national level and cross-border transactions, customs and trade issues, multi-million dollar secured transactions and business reorganizations. He is the secretary of the Firm Partnership and Management Committee.

Born: Lynden, Ontario.

Education: McMaster University (B.A., 1982); University of Ottawa (LL.B., 1985).

Professional Associations: Hamilton Law Association, various roles culminating as President in 1997; McMaster University Alumni Association culminating as President in 1996; Director, McMaster University Foundation 2000-Present; Vice-Chair, County and District Law Presidents’ Association (CDLPA) to become Chair in May 2008.

Community Involvement: Ecclesiastical Marriage Commission, Diocese of Niagara 1990-2000; Founding Director, Haven of the Homeless Child (Child Haven) 1990-1997.
