PAMELA J. QUESNEL

Pamela Quesnel is an associate at Evans Philp LLP and a member of the firm’s Insurance Litigation Group and Accident Benefits Group.

Pamela obtained her LLB from the University of Windsor in 1995. Thereafter, she was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1996 and practiced civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defence and insurance related litigation. Pamela has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia.

Since being called to the Bar in Ontario in 2003, Pamela’s practice focus has been in accident benefits. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and has conducted arbitrations and appeals at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Pamela is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Hamilton Law Association.
