PAMELA J. QUESNEL

Pamela is an associate with Evans Philp LLP and is a member of the firm’s Accident Benefits Group.

Pamela is a graduate of McMaster University (Honours B.A.) and the University of Windsor (LL.B. 1995). Pamela was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1996 where she practiced civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defence and insurance related litigation. Pamela appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia.

Since being called to the Bar in Ontario in 2003, Pamela’s practice focus has been in accident benefits. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and has conducted several arbitrations and appeals at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Pamela is a member of the “counsel forum” (Financial Services Commission of Ontario), the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Hamilton Law Association.
