M. KATHLEEN ROBB, Partner

Kathleen Robb is a Partner in our Litigation Department. Since joining the firm, she has practiced principally in the area of insurance defence litigation.

Ms Robb has appeared as counsel in the Superior Court of Ontario. She has also appeared as counsel on Labour Arbitration matters and before various other Administrative Tribunals.

Ms Robb is counsel to St. Joseph’s Healthcare, Hamilton, representing the Hospital at hearings of the Ontario Review Board.

She is a member of the Hamilton Lawyers Association. She is a member of the Executive of the Hamilton Lawyers Club. Her community involvement includes sitting as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hamilton Health Sciences Volunteer Association and sitting as a member of the Board of Directors of the VON South Central Ontario Foundation (formerly VON Hamilton).

Ms Robb received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Western Ontario and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario. Ms Robb was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1996. Ms Robb is a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
