MARK J. ZEGA, Partner

Born: Timmins, Ontario; admitted to Bar, 1990, Ontario.

Education: University of Western Ontario (B.A., Honours, 1984); University of Windsor (LL.B., 1988).

Areas of Practice: Mark Zega is Practice Head for the Management labour and Employment Department and a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. Practice areas also include administrative, education and health law. Mr. Zega represents public institutions primarily in the education, health and municipal sectors as well as private sector clients. He counsels employers in all areas of labour and employment law, administrative, education and health law. He regularly advocates on behalf of clients before administrative tribunals and the courts and participates in collective bargaining, arbitration and mediation.
