MARK R. GIAVEDONI

Mark articled with Evans, Philp and joined the Business and Property Law department as an associate upon his call to the Bar. After Mark obtained his Honours Bachelors of Arts degree from McMaster University, he graduated from the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law, with an emphasis on business law transactions.

Mark’s practice focuses on real property and development law, relating to all facets of residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and condominium issues. He advises clients on their development concerns and has assisted with appearances before various municipal and provincial planning bodies, committees and boards.
