MARK R. GIAVEDONI

Mark articled with Evans Philp LLP in 2004 and joined the corporate commercial law department as an associate upon his call to the Bar in 2005. His practice focuses on real property and land development law, including residential, commercial and industrial land based transactions.

Mark is a graduate of McMaster University where he received his Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2001. He graduated in 2004 from University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law with an emphasis on business law transactions. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Hamilton Law Association.

Born: Hamilton, Ontario, admitted to the Bar 2005, Ontario.

Education: McMaster University (B.A. Hons, 2001); University of Windsor (LL.B., 2004).
