KEVIN H. GRIFFITHS

Kevin Griffiths obtained an honours degree in Criminology from the University of Windsor and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Kevin was called to the bar in 2001. Kevin practices exclusively for insurance companies in relation to claims for statutory accident benefits (no fault benefits). Kevin is a member of the Hamilton Law Association, the Canadian Defence Lawyers and the Ontario Bar Association.

Born: Niagara Falls, Ontario; admitted to Bar, 2001, Ontario.

Areas of Practice: Mr. Griffiths practices exclusively in the area of insurance defence.
