JESSICA A. FORESTER

Jessica articled with Evans, Philp and joined the firm's litigation group following her call to the Ontario bar in 2009. Her practice focuses primarily on insurance defence litigation and subrogation.

Born and raised in Hamilton, she is a graduate of McMaster University where she completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005.

Jessica attended Osgoode Hall Law School (LL.B. 2008) where she volunteered her time with Pro Bono Students Canada and was her school's coordinator for the Family Law Project. She also spent a semester in the school's clinical intensive program in Poverty Law at Parkdale Community Legal Services where she provided legal representation for marginalized individuals and participated in public legal education, community organization, and outreach.

Jessica is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Hamilton Law Association, and the Hamilton Medical-Legal Society.
