We regularly provide advice and representation to institutions on issues under the Hospital Labour Disputes Arbitration Act (“HLDAA”) as well as and specialized issues that are arise under the Public Sector Labour Relations Transition Act (“PSLRTA”) and the Local Health Integration Networks (“LHIN”) legislation. In addition, we regularly address and assist clients with risk management, standards of practice, privacy and disability claims issues.
