Areas of Practice: Mr. Foreman concentrates his practice in the areas of Management Side Labour Relations, Employment Law and Education Law. Mr. Foreman represents employers at grievance arbitrations, interest arbitrations and collective agreement negotiations as well as in regard to matters involving occupational health and safety, workers' compensation, human rights, pay equity, employment standards, workplace accommodation and so on. He also provides advocacy for employers on matters in Superior Court and the Ontario Court of Justice. Additionally, Mr. Foreman maintains a busy wrongful dismissal practice. As for his Education Law practice, Mr. Foreman has extensive experience providing advice and representation to educational institutions in regard to their many obligations to students and the public under the Education Act and related statutes and regulations.
