ALEKSANDAR (SACHA) BABIC

Sacha joined Evans Philp in 2006 as an associate in the firm’s corporate commercial law department. His practice focuses primarily on corporate transactions and governance, but also includes significant experience in the area of information and privacy law.

Sacha is a graduate of the Michael G. Degroote School of Business at McMaster University, where he received his Honours Bachelor of Commerce and a minor in Economics in 2001. He was subsequently admitted to the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario, where received his Bachelor of Laws, with a specialization in Business Law in 2004. He was called to the Bar in 2005 after articling in Toronto. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Hamilton Law Association.
